Two for Tea, LLC takes pride in our product and want to offer the best product at a great cost. We want you to be a happy customer and consider us when you have your next fundraiser. We put together some stipulations for fundraising. Our product is made to order so please allow up to 3 weeks to receive you order.
Adding Items to An Order, Cancelling Orders
All orders will be submitted online or email for accuracy purpose.
Adding additional orders to an existing order can cause delay in shipment.
Order Cancellations
Please pay for your order when they are submitted. Should you change your mind after the order is placed there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow up to three weeks to receive your order. Larger purchase can take more than usual two week allotted time.
Order Error
Once the order is delivered and received you have three business days to contact Two for Tea, LLC should you find product damaged or broken. Proof of error is required. Two for Tea, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of purchase. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
You may be asked to provide additional information, a copy of the drivers license or state issued ID for the credit card holder, and/or we may need to verify the credit card number and contact the credit card company for charge verification to prevent fraud.
